I. Document Introduction
This report is the 2023 bilingual Chinese-English annual report of the ICOMOS International Conservation Center-Xi'an (IICC-X). Based at Xi'an's Small Wild Goose Pagoda, the Center serves as the Secretariat of the China-Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan Tripartite Silk Road Nomination Working Group. In 2023, under the guidance and support of ICOMOS and the Xi'an Municipal People's Government, the Center further strengthened its international organizational functions, vigorously carrying out cultural heritage protection, research, training, and education work in the Asia-Pacific region.
