I. Document Introduction
This report is the 2025 bilingual Chinese-English annual report of the ICOMOS International Conservation Center-Xi'an (IICC-X). Based at Xi'an's Small Wild Goose Pagoda, the Center serves as the Secretariat of the China-Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan Tripartite Silk Road Nomination Working Group. In 2025, under the guidance of China's National Cultural Heritage Administration (NCHA), ICOMOS China, and the Xi'an Municipal Government, IICC-X fully leveraged its role as the Secretariat of the Silk Road Transnational Serial Nomination Coordination Committee and Information Center. With heritage protection as its foundation, international exchange as its bond, digital technology as its support, and mass communication as its bridge, the Center continued to improve the Silk Road information platform, organized multiple international academic seminars and cultural exchange activities, advanced digital heritage protection and research innovation, actively participated in the Fourth National Cultural Relics Survey, supported the construction of Xi'an's Silk Road New Highland, and facilitated the preparation of the Silk Road History Museum and the International Training Center.
