This report is the 2016 bilingual Chinese-English annual report of the ICOMOS International Conservation Center-Xi'an (IICC-X). Based at Xi'an's Small Wild Goose Pagoda, the Center serves as the Secretariat of the China-Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan Tripartite Silk Road Nomination Working Group.
